COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: At Water Heater Guy, the health and well-being of our team members, clients and customers is our top priority. We are actively monitoring updates regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following precautions and guidelines provided by the CDC and public officials for each of our service areas.
AROUND THE OFFICE: Wiping / disinfecting all work stations multiple times for each shift and in between shifts. Using electronic and digital communication. Having most conversations via phone, we only speaking in person when absolutely needed. Notices posted regrading:
IN THE FIELD: Technicians carry mask, gloves, hand sanitizer for every job. Costumers will received a 30 minute notice when technician is on its way. We do ask costumers to maintain 6' apart from technician at all times. We have the ability to have contracts / paperwork / payments completed digitally for social distancing. Continuous cleaning / disinfecting / proper handling of tools, parts, trucks or other equipment that is necessary for our service business.
